Our wholly-owned subsidiary, Hood-Patterson & Dewar, is the exclusive worldwide distributor of the Smart Ground® Multimeter (SGM), a software-based multi-function instrument that measures grounding system parameters for any project, including large, complex sites and energized substations. The SGM was developed by Dr. A. P. Sakis Meliopoulos and sponsored by the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI).
