Hood Patterson & Dewar is pleased to be among the 25 firms named to Consulting-Specifying Engineer’s list of 2019 Commissioning Giants. New to the list this year, HP&D reported commissioning revenue of $12.5 million.
The magazine’s report is based on annual commissioning revenue and reflects commissioning firms of all levels including new or existing buildings, whole building, recommissioning, monitoring-based, fire protection systems, building enclosure (envelope), emergency power systems, retro-commissioning, and communications systems.
Established in 1982, HP&D remains widely regarded as a leader in electrical and mechanical testing, commissioning, and engineering services. HP&D is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Patterson & Dewar Engineers, Inc., which has specialized in designing and evaluating vital power delivery infrastructures for electric utilities since 1947.
